Current owners of Kia vehicles who are negatively impacted by the current COVID-19 crisis may be able to receive financial relief that might include payment deferrals. The length of the deferrals will vary from customer to customer based on their financial situation. Many Kia dealerships remain open to customers and those that are not will still have their service departments available, as these are classified as essential businesses by most states. However, we have taken several steps to ensure the safety of all customers who arrive at our dealership and always offer access to our digital showroom 24/7.
New Kia Shoppers Program
Individuals that are negatively impacted by COVID-19 who are interested in purchasing a new Kia can receive some financial relief and a few incentives with the Accelerate the Good program. As mentioned previously, the 24/7 digital showroom is available to all customers who visit the Auffenberg Kia website. Customers who are planning to finance their vehicle through Kia Motors Financial have the opportunity to qualify for a deferral of as much as 120 days. This will push the due date for the first payment until July of 2020. All the financing agreements made through the Accelerate the Good program will also include 0% APR as well.
