How Much Will the All-New 2023 Kia Sportage Cost in the US?

Late last year, Kia announced a redesigned Kia Sportage featuring a newer, bolder, and bigger exterior design based on the Kia Sorento mid-size SUV. Now, Kia has just confirmed the availability of the all-new 2023 Kia Sportage here in the states and announced the US pricing for the upcoming Sportage crossover as well. 2023 Kia Sportage MSRP   

Those interested in the new compact SUV in Cape Girardeau and the rest of America can get the all-new 2023 Kia Sportage in seven different trims, namely, LX, EX, X-Line, SX, SX-Prestige, X-Pro, and X-Pro Prestige. And as far as pricing is concerned, the 2023 Kia Sportage starts at $25,990 (excluding the $1,215 destination charge), going all the way up to $36,790 for the top-end X-Pro Prestige model.  

Here’s the complete MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) list of the 2023 Kia Sportage lineup.

What’s new with the 2023 Kia Sportage?   

The latest redesign is the fifth generation of Kia’s oldest nameplate and brings a lot of visual and performance enhancements. The first thing you’ll notice is the updated design which features Kia’s new “Opposites United” design philosophy, featuring a bigger, bolder, and more upscale exterior design than the outgoing generation. The 2023 Sportage is also wider and longer since it shares the same N3 platform as the Kia Sorento. Apart from the visual overhaul, the 2023 Sportage brings best-in-class rear legroom and rear cargo space and a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 187 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque.    

Meanwhile, Kia will also be launching fuel-efficient turbocharged hybrid and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) Sportage variants later in the year. Pricing and specs of these models will be shared nearing their launch dates.
