I love the fact that the staff has so much confidence in the company, the brand, and the product that they can allow the consumer to make a decision without hard selling. I was particularly impressed with sales rep Joshua Pace--he asked questions to see what I required in a vehicle, and then he made well-informed suggestions to me based on my answers. He was patient throughout the process, allowing me time and space to come to a decision. He was also extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle I looked at and several I didn't. The people there really care about each person that walks through their doors. They are the most professional and helpful dealership I have ever worked with. I drove over 7 hours to purchase a vehicle from Auffenberg after having a poor experience with my local dealership. Nearly everything was done via email and text. No high pressure tactics - I made a reasonable offer on a new vehicle and had reasonable expectations of the value of my trade in. After arriving, I spent less than 60 minutes at the dealership - exactly what I wanted. Clear expectations from both parties, executed quickly and professionally - not many dealerships like this.
