Registration is currently open and discounted until Monday, November 11th, 2019. Final online registration must be completed by Monday, November 25th, 2019. What: Another great event to consider here in Cape Girardeau this Thanksgiving weekend is the Old Town Cape Christmas Tree Lighting on Black Friday! This first-time event will feature Santa Claus lighting the 30-foot Christmas tree in the Vasterling Suites Courtyard. Following the tree lighting, complimentary beverages and snacks will be provided by the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Top of the Marq, and Baristas Coffee Bar across the street.
